Venus Thrombosis RFQ: This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under solicitation number 80JSC026Q0014 for Venus Thrombosis (VT) . The provisions and clauses in the RFQ are those in effect through FAC 2026-01 The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 541715 and 1000 Employees, respectively. The offeror must state in their offer their size status for this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit an offer which must be considered by the agency. Delivery to NASA/JSC is required within 30 days after receipt of order. Delivery must be free on board (FOB) Destination. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated; full text of the clauses and provisions may be accessed electronically at: FAR - FAR Overhaul - Part 52 | Acquisition.GOV NFS - https://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/procurement/regs/NFS.pdf Offerors must provide the information required by FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Serviceswhich is incorporated by reference. The items under this acquisition are subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the offer responsible, whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors are in descending order of importance and must be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability, Past Performance, and Price. Technical and Past Performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services is applicable NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
