AMENDMENT 3: Equipment estimates related to Fire Sprinkler System: Estimated 250 smoke detector heads and estimated 600 sprinkler heads. Of the sprinkler heads, there is one anti-freeze sprinkler, approximately 20 or less dry sprinklers, and the rest are water sprinklers. Quote due date remains September 28, 2026, 3pm PST. AMENDMENT 2: Amendment 1 did not provide the details needed for the sprinkler system as previoulsy expected. Additional information regarding the sprinkler system is forthcoming and will be incorporated into an Amendment 3. CO Winningham will post Amendment 3 as soon as the sprinkler system information is provided by CFSL staff. Quote due date is extended to September 28, 2026, 3pm PST, to allow for the posting of Amendment 3. AMENDMENT 1: Incorporates a previous Alarm Inspection Report (5 pages) - for reference only. Solicitation number 1240BE26Q0090 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) Project: USFS, Corvallis Forestry Sciences Lab (CFSL) Annual Inspection of Fire Alarm System and Fire Sprinkler System The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is: 561621 Security Systems Services and the Small Business Size Standard is $25 million in average annual receipts. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the Agency. This solicitation incorporates Provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of Provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. Award Type: It is anticipated that a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order will be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to make one award from this solicitation. Therefore, to be considered responsive, contractors must submit pricing for all items. Note: The awardee company service agreement cannot be signed nor incorporated into the eventual award. This solicitation and eventual award determine all terms and conditions. Statement of Requirement: The Contractor shall furnish all technical expertise, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, services, permits, licenses, and credentials necessary to complete the annual fire alarm system and sprinkler system inspection services.
