Amendment 01: The Proposers' Day has been updated to October 16th, 2026. The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is posting this Innovative Solutions Opening (ISO) in support of the UNifying Imaging with QUantum Entanglement (UNIQUE) Program. ARPA-H anticipates that multiple Other Transaction (OT) Agreements will result from this announcement. Interested parties are invited to review the attached UNIQUE-ISO-ARPA-H-SOL-26-162 and UNIQUE ISO Attachments. Additionally, proposers are encouraged to review the separate Special Notice, ARPA-H-SN-26-162, for information regarding the UNIQUE Proposers’ Day. Special Notice, ARPA-H-SN-26-162, is an independent announcement and is not attached to this ISO announcement. All questions submitted to the ISO will be compiled and addressed. All answers will be posted to the UNIQUE Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
