Responses to Vendor Questions SEE ATTACHMENT 5 2. New Attachment Added Attachment 4 – Labor Cost Price Schedule is hereby added to the solicitation. Offerors shall complete and submit this attachment along with Attachments 2 and 3 as part of their quote submission, in accordance with the Price evaluation factor requiring applicable labor rates for comparison against the applicable wage determination for compliance with the Service Contract Labor Standards. 3.
