The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for elevator maintenace services at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong and the date for this site visit will be in the solicitation. Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity allows for electronic responses. Please note that no “zip, exe or dat” files will be accepted. File size shall not exceed 10MB per each transmission. If you prefer to mail, please email your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time in the solicitation. All contractors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
