The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2), Buffalo, New York intends to solicit quotes from contractors for a Automatic Door and Roll Up Door maintenance, repair and service in support of the VA New Jersey Healthcare System East Orange (385 Tremont Avenue, East Orange, NJ 07018) and Lyons (151 Knollcroft Road, Lyons, NJ 07939) Campuses. The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about October 1, 2026, to be posted to https://www.sam.gov. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process. Perspective offerors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission of quotes. Contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. NAICS Code is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $19M. The Product/Service Code is J036. The solicitation will be an SDVOSB set aside.
