The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation invites you to submit a quote for RFQ CORHQ-26-Q-0388 for New IBM Mainframes and maintenance. We request offerors to utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See section M of the RFQ for Evaluation Criteria. Each submission should have these components (preferably separated): Price Schedule or Quote – Vendors must complete the attached pricing schedule, or the proposal will be rejected. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions Pre-Award SCRM Information (if applicable) Letter of Authorization from manufacturer Proposed GSA Schedule Contract or NASA SEWP Contract (If Applicable) Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on October 9, 2026. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on October 20, 2026. The IBM site numbers associated with FDIC's requirementare below: VASQ is 5166681 DFW/BDC is 4742836.

Cómo participar

1. Registra tu empresa en SAM.gov (es gratis) para obtener el identificador único de entidad (UEI). La mayoría de las solicitudes exigen el registro activo al presentar la oferta, y el trámite puede tardar varias semanas.
2. Abre el aviso en SAM.gov y lee la solicitud, sus anexos y cada enmienda.
3. Presenta tu oferta exactamente como indica el aviso, antes de la fecha de respuesta.
