TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement This requirement is for: Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) a) It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract for a period of one (1) year plus one (1) one-year irrevocable option allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract(s). b) The TSPS SA E60ZT-18TSPS is incorporated by reference and forms part of this bid solicitation, as though expressly set out in it, subject to any express terms and conditions contained in this bid solicitation. The capitalized terms not defined in this bid solicitation have the meaning given to them in the TSPS SA. c) Only selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the E60ZT-18TSPS series of SAs who qualified under Tier 1, under the National Capital Region area, level of expertise and for the following categories: Two (2) Stream 9.12 - Senior Evaluation Services Consultant One (1) Stream 9.12 - Intermediate Evaluation Services Consultant One (1) Stream 9.12 - Junior Evaluation Services Consultant d) SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS The following SA Holders have been initially invited to bid on this requirement. 1. International Development Management Advisory Group Inc. 7. Makwa Resourcing Inc., TPG Technology Consulting Ltd. In JOINT VENTURE 8. Maplefox Projects Inc. 9. Mokoro Limited 10. NavPoint Consulting Group Inc. 11. Niewe Technology and Consulting Ltd. 12. Parriag Group Inc. And Atlantic Evaluation Group in Joint Venture 13. Procom Consultants Group Ltd. 14. Transatlantic Business Consulting Inc. 15. Tricon Solutions Inc. Where additional invitations are made during the bid solicitation process, it may be that they are not reflected in a bid solicitation amendment: Description of the Requirement: The PSC requires Evaluation Services Consultant support services on an “as and when required” basis to assist in the delivery of evaluation engagements identified in the PSC’s Internal Audit and Evaluation Plan.
