AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Bid submission must be submitted by 25 September 2026 at 11:59PM EDT. The full Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) and attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your Cvent TransientTM account. The request must include the name and address of property, name, title and e-mail of the person to receive the RFSA notice as well as the telephone number. If you already have a Cvent Transient account, login at https://supply.lanyon.com/supplier/LoginSupplyPortal.aspx. RFSA for non-commissionable rates for standard, superior, bachelor/studios with kitchen and/or one bedroom suites with or without a kitchen room types in Canada, the USA and other countries.
