This requirement is being competed exclusively among holders of the General Contractor and Specialty Trades Supply Arrangement (GCSA) who are qualified for the applicable stream. The work generally consists of construction services for the project as described in the solicitation documents, including all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and related services necessary to complete the required work. The project involves bringing the existing shredder room UB33 into compliance with current code requirements.
