This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 70LCHS26QPFB00060 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Accordingly, only quotes submitted by responsible small business concerns will be considered for award. This requirement is associated with NAICS code 336612 with business Size Standard 500. REQUIREMENT: The Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) located in Charleston, SC has a Brand Name ONLY requirement for 30' Tournament Contender Boat with Twin 4.3L Offshore F350 Hp Yamaha outboard engines. Items must be Exact Match, no substitutions. New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Line Item(s): Line item 0001 - 30 FT Tournament Contender Boat with Twin 4.3L Offshore F350 Hp Yamaha outboard engines in accordance with attached specifications. QTY: 1 EA DELIVERY: FREIGHT - ORIGIN TO: 2000 BAINBRIDGE AVE N. CHARLESTON SC 29405 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: a. Offerors shall submit firm-fixed pricing for all items listed in this solicitation. Pricing shall be inclusive of all costs, fees, and charges associated with performance, including, but not limited to, materials, labor, packaging, handling, shipping, delivery, and any other expenses necessary to provide the required items. No additional charges shall be accepted unless expressly authorized in writing by the Government. Offerors shall also include the estimated build or production time for each item, as applicable, and the anticipated delivery date after receipt of order.
