The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate a Questions and Answers attachment, remove Section L, 1.2.3 Distribution, revise Section L, 1.3.2 Page Size and Format, revise Section M, 2.6 Factor Five – Past Performance and include FAA form 4400-37, Microsoft Word version into SIR Attachments. Update: August 26, 2026 The Pre-Proposal Conference Presentation and Pre-Proposal Conference Sign In Sheet, have been posted to the Attachments section. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC), located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is the site of a variety of activities supporting the central mission of the FAA, which is to promote safety and efficiency in the use of the nation's airspace. Architectural and Engineering (AE) services are needed to ensure compliance with local, state and federal environmental laws in the conduct of the FAA’s mission. The FAA contemplates award of Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contract will be firm-fixed-price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541310, Architectural Services, with a Small Business Size Standard of $12.5 million. All interested sources should first attempt to download the attached SIR document(s). Your attention is directed to Sections L and M of SIR 6973GH-26-R-00130 for instructions and preparation and submission of proposals. The SIR includes an evaluation of past performance. In accordance with SIR Section L provision 3.2.2.3-14 entitled, "Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals," any proposals received after the due time and date of 4:00 p.m. CT, September 24, 2026, will not be considered. In addition, if all requested information is not furnished in the offeror's proposal, the offeror's proposal may be determined to be non-responsive and ineligible for consideration for contract award. A pre-proposal teleconference will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. A teleconference number will be set up. Telephone requests will NOT count as notification of attendance.
