This requirement is open to all Supply arrangement (SA) holders under the SA E60HN-16ELEC authorized for the region of delivery R1 Atlantic, Corner Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. Stream: Stream 2 Annex A2 – Electronic Products As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement (SA) this notice is published for a period of 15 calendar days. Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the following items, or equivalent: Bi-DIRECTIONAL AMPLIFIER 12 MHz BW, 764-806 MHz (Quantity 3) including the following items (or equivalent): • ENCLOSED DONOR ANT 8-9dB GAIN N-MALE 580-6000MHz (Quantity 3) • ULTRA WIDE BAND IN-BUILDING ANTENNA 130-1000MHz (Quantity 12) • PUBLIC SAFETY SPLITTER 2 WAY: 3dB (130-1000MHz) (Quantity 3) • PUBLIC SAFETY SPLITTER 4 WAY: 6.15dB (130-1000MHz) (Quantity 3) • LMR-400 CABLE (Price per FT) (Quantity 1200) • EZ-400-NMH-X N.M CRIMP FOR LMR-400 (Quantity 30) • DC BLOCK SURGE ARRESTOR N-FEMALE 125-1000MHz (Quantity 3) • CONNECTOR N-FEMALE CRIMP FOR LMR-400 NONSOLDER (Quantity 30) Delivery is requested to be completed by March 31, 2027. Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all evaluation criteria to be declared responsive (compliant). The lowest priced responsive bid on an aggregate basis will be recommended for award of a contract. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Canada will make available Notices of Proposed Procurement (NPP), bid solicitations and related documents for download through the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) at https://canadabuys.canada.ca/en/tender-opportunities . Canada is not responsible and will not assume any liabilities whatsoever for the information found on websites of third parties. In the event an NPP, bid solicitation or related documentation would be amended, Canada will not be sending notifications. Canada will post all amendments, including significant enquiries received and their replies, using GETS. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to regularly consult GETS for the most up-to-date information. Canada will not be liable for any oversight on the Bidder's part nor for notification services offered by a third party. The RCMP has adopted the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the supplier integrity and compliance provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
