Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for a Dump Truck – Group 2. This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) E60HP-16TRUK-B. Under the Bidding Tab you will be directed to RFSA. As a requirement of the SA, this notice is published on CanadaBuys for a period of Sixteen (16) calendar days. The requested delivery date for the above-mentioned goods is on or before March 31, 2027 This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number M5000-27-0043/A dated July 13, 2026 with a closing of July 28, 2026, at 2 PM MT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The RCMP has adopted the Ineligibility and Suspension Policy administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the supplier integrity and compliance provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation. Having a business profile in the IBD will increase your company’s visibility and may provide additional business. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
