NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) for SOLUTIONS-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (SBIPS) This requirement is for: Global Affairs Canada This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders under EN537-05IT01 who qualified under Tier 1, under the region / metropolitan area, for the following stream(s): Stream 11 – Systems Integration The requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: 1. Adastra Corporation 2. ADGA Group Consultants Inc. 3. CDW Canada Corp. 4. CIMA + S.E.N.C. 5. Cord3 Innovation Inc. 6. Deloitte Inc. 7. DONNA CONA INC., CANADA LIMITED IN JOINT VENTURE 8. DXC TECHNOLOGY CANADA CO. 9. Eclipsys Solutions Inc. 10. IPSS INC. 11. MERAK Systems Corporation 12. NTT DATA CANADA, INC. 13. OpenFrame Technologies, Inc. 14. SYSTEMATIX SOLUTIONS TI INC/SYSTEMATIX IT SOLUTIONS INC 15. Templates 4 Business, Inc. Description of the Requirement: Phase 2 will deliver the core capabilities of the MyTCS client portal to enable the secure and customized space where TCS clients can access tailored information (adapted to their MyTCS self-identified profile and preferences). Global Affairs Canada (GAC), through the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), is advancing the Government of Canada’s digital modernization agenda pursuant to the mandate established under the 2018 Fall Economic Statement. The contractor will be responsible for, and/or to collaborate to, full end-to-end solution delivery by connecting the TCS systems and data, with other components such as but not limited, to CanadaLogin, Akamai, Coveo, Entra ID and External ID, CoPilot (EVA chatbot) as portrayed in the MyTCS DXP Solution Architecture viewpoint and solution design documentation. The Solution-Based Services supply arrangement will be used for the domain of expertise of Steam 11 Systems Integration. Security: There are security requirements associated with this requirement. Please note that SA Holders do not need to have the required clearance to submit a bid.
