COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TEMPLATE IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included I this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. IHS1506319 is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. The solicitation is a Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541330 with an associated small business size standard of $16.5. The following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: The Government reserves the right to issue a single award or multiple awards to contractor(s) whose quote represents the best value as defined by FAR 2.101. In determining best value, tradeoffs, Price and other Evaluation Factors will be considered: Past Performance, Experience, Qualifications, and Logistics.
