COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION TEMPLATE IAW FAR 12.603 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included I this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. IHS1506319 is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025.
