Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This solicitation is for the requirement to purchase one (1) 11-12 meter welded Aluminum Boat (AB) twin outboard motors and trailer. There is no security associated with this requirement. A Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement Applies, the Nunavut Agreement, and this procurement includes an applicable Inuit Benefit Plan as per the Nunavut Directive. The responsive offer with the highest combined score of Inuit Benefit Plan, Technical Merit and Price and meeting all mandatory technical criteria will be recommended for award of a contract. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. Delivery date is September 8, 2027. The mandatory technical criteria are in the offer solicitation. Offers may be submitted in either official language of Canada. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the following trade agreements: Canadian Free Trade Agreement, UK: Canada-UK Trade Continuity Agreement (Canada-UK TCA), UA: Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement (CUFTA), TP: Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP), PE: Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), PA: Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement, KR: Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), HN: Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, GP: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA), EU: Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), CO: Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, CL: Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA).
