Official description
A presente aquisição fundamenta-se no objetivo de promover a segurança alimentar e assegurar condições mínimas de subsistência às pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade, contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade de vida das famílias atendidas, o fortalecimento de sua autonomia e a efetividade das ações socioassistenciais desenvolvidas pelo Município. A medida também se justifica pela necessidade de cumprimento da Lei nº 3.845, de 18 de dezembro de 2025, e do Decreto nº 3.373, de 21 de janeiro de 2026, bem como pelo atendimento das demandas acompanhadas pelos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social CRAS.
