- O material será destinado para a recuperação e manutenção periódica dos próprios municipais, das vias públicas e da drenagem urbana por um período de 12 meses. Os materiais são insumos essenciais para os serviços de manutenção, de forma que a falta do fornecimento pode acarretar na descontinuidade da conservação dos próprios e das vias do Município e causar danos à segurança dos munícipes.
