Para formação da PROPOSTA de preço e inserção na plataforma COMPRAS.GOV, V.Sª deverá basear-se exclusivamente nos termos e informações do Edital, especialmente nas especificações técnicas dos ITENS e demais condições do TERMO DE REFERÊNCIA, constante no Anexo I. Caso haja divergência entre o descritivo lançado no Compras.gov e o descritivo do TERMO DE REFERÊNCIA - TR, prevalecerá o que consta no Anexo I (Termo de Referência – TR).
