Regulamento de Licitações e Contratos do Sistema SEBRAE (Link - Regulamento) e da Lei Complementar nº 123/2006, torna público que promoverá licitação na modalidade e critério mencionados no quadro informativo, regida por este edital e seus anexos, destinada exclusivamente às Microempresas, Empresas de Pequeno Porte e Microempreendedores Individuais, e às sociedades cooperativas, nos termos do inciso I, do art. 60º, da Resolução CDN 641/2026.

1. For federal purchases, register in SICAF on Compras.gov.br. It's free; you sign in with a silver- or gold-level gov.br account, or with an ICP-Brasil digital certificate. Foreign companies are registered by the auctioneer (pregoeiro) or the tender committee.
2. Open the edital on the PNCP and check which system runs the session: Compras.gov.br for federal buyers, other platforms for states and municipalities.
3. Submit your proposal in that system before the session opens.
