Conforme estabelece o edital, os descritivos e as unidades a serem consideradas para a elaboração das propostas são os constantes na listagem anexa ao termo de referência (anexo ao TR), emitida pela UFSM. Desta forma, ao incluir sua proposta no sistema, favor considerar apenas os descritivos e unidades constantes no anexo ao Termo de Referência do edital. How to bid

1. For federal purchases, register in SICAF on Compras.gov.br. It's free; you sign in with a silver- or gold-level gov.br account, or with an ICP-Brasil digital certificate. Foreign companies are registered by the auctioneer (pregoeiro) or the tender committee.
2. Open the edital on the PNCP and check which system runs the session: Compras.gov.br for federal buyers, other platforms for states and municipalities.
3. Submit your proposal in that system before the session opens.
