A contratação será realizada em lote único em razão da necessidade de perfeita integração entre equipamentos, softwares, infraestrutura, instalação, configuração, treinamento, garantia e assistência técnica, evitando incompatibilidades entre fabricantes ou prestadores distintos, reduzindo riscos de responsabilidade difusa e assegurando o funcionamento integrado da solução. O critério de julgamento será o de menor preço global do lote, observados todos os requisitos técnicos estabelecidos no Termo de Referência. Havendo divergências entre as informações divulgadas e as do Edital, prevalecerão as do Edital.
