Destaca-se ainda que o objeto desta contratação possui característica de demanda recorrente, com previsão de entregas parceladas e conforme conveniência da Ebserh, observando as coberturas e giros de estoque, bem como estratégias de compras. Nesse sentido, observando o art. 93 do RCC 3.0, essa contratação visa o registro de preços, de acordo com a estimativa média de consumo destes insumos para um período inicial de 12 (doze) meses.
