A presente justificativa tem por objetivo demonstrar a necessidade da aquisição de materiais hidráulicos para realização de manutenções preventivas e corretivas de infraestrutura, superestrutura e infraestrutura externa, como prédios públicos do Município (escolas, unidades de saúde, prédios administrativos e demais instalações) e manutenções/ligações de água e esgoto das ruas, garantindo conservação, segurança, padronização visual e preservação do patrimônio público, bem como atendimento às demandas rotineiras do Secretaria de Obras.
