tem como prioridade máxima desta solicitação visando a garantia da integridade física da comunidade escolar. Por se tratar de uma EEMTI, o fluxo de estudantes, professores, funcionários e colaboradores é contínuo e estende-se por dois turnos (atividades pedagógicas e administrativas). O colapso da estrutura atual representaria uma tragédia imensurável, colocando vidas em risco direto. A ausência de um reservatório seguro forçará a interrupção imediata das aulas presenciais por falta de condições básicas de saneamento e abastecimento, gerando grave prejuízo ao calendário acadêmico e ao aprendizado dos alunos. Desse modo, se faz necessário adquirir o bem ou serviço citado no orçamento N° 11501.
