A necessidade de contratação de empresa para prestação de serviços de mão de obra terceirizada decorre da situação atual da Assessoria Jurídica desta Universidade, cujo quadro de pessoal está reduzido, sendo composto por 2 (dois) professores efetivos e 2 (dois) profissionais terceirizados — 1 (uma) secretária e 1 (um) auxiliar administrativo —, responsáveis pelo apoio operacional às atividades técnico-jurídicas do setor.
