Os próprios municipais (escolas, unidades de saúde, prédios administrativos, terminais, mercados, entre outros) e os logradouros públicos demandam, de forma contínua e não uniforme ao longo do exercício, serviços de serralheria para manutenção preventiva e corretiva, confecção e instalação de portões, grades, gradis, corrimãos, guarda-corpos, estruturas de cobertura, telas de proteção e correlatos, essenciais à segurança patrimonial, à acessibilidade e à preservação do patrimônio público, bem como à manutenção de parques e academias ao ar livre.

How to bid

1. For federal purchases, register in SICAF on Compras.gov.br. It's free; you sign in with a silver- or gold-level gov.br account, or with an ICP-Brasil digital certificate. Foreign companies are registered by the auctioneer (pregoeiro) or the tender committee.
2. Open the edital on the PNCP and check which system runs the session: Compras.gov.br for federal buyers, other platforms for states and municipalities.
3. Submit your proposal in that system before the session opens.
