Não será exigida a utilização obrigatória de "pó de mármore", admitindo-se materiais e soluções construtivas alternativas, desde que atendam integralmente aos requisitos de desempenho, resistência, durabilidade, estabilidade, acabamento e adequação ao uso externo estabelecidos no Termo de Referência. A eventual utilização de fibra de vidro, resina estrutural, resina com carga mineral, pó de mármore ou outro material tecnicamente equivalente não alterará os requisitos mínimos de qualidade, resistência, acabamento, estabilidade e durabilidade exigidos para as peças.
