A presente contratação decorre de demanda urgente, excepcional e superveniente relacionada à execução do Concurso Público da Secretaria da Educação do Estado do Ceará ¿ SEDUC, formalizado por meio do Contrato nº 473/2026, cuja cópia consta às fls. 023 a 039 dos autos, por meio do qual a Fundação Universidade Estadual do Ceará ¿ FUNECE figura como instituição responsável pela organização e execução do certame.
