TRATA-SE DE PROCESSO ABERTO OBJETIVANDO A AQUISIÇÃO DE MATERIAIS DE CONSUMO E COMPONENTES DESTINADOS À MANUTENÇÃO PREVENTIVA E CORRETIVA, INSTALAÇÃO, SUBSTITUIÇÃO, ADEQUAÇÃO E RECUPERAÇÃO DOS ATIVOS DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO DA ADMINISTRAÇÃO ESTADUAL DO MEIO AMBIENTE – ADEMA. A ADEMA, AUTARQUIA ESPECIAL CRIADA PELA LEI Nº 2.181/1978, COM SUA ORGANIZAÇÃO BÁSICA DEFINIDA PELA LEI Nº 5.057/2003, EXECUTORA DAS POLÍTICAS ESTADUAIS RELATIVA AO MEIO AMBIENTE, TEM COMO MISSÃO EXECUTAR AÇÕES DE LICENCIAMENTO, MONITORAMENTO E FISCALIZAÇÃO AMBIENTAL PARA VIABILIZAR O DESENVOLVIMENTO EQUITATIVO E EQUILIBRADO ENTRE O HOMEM E O MEIO AMBIENTE, NO ESTADO DE SERGIPE. DESTA FORMA, A CONTRATAÇÃO CONTRIBUIRÁ PARA A MANUTENÇÃO DA INFRAESTRUTURA DE TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMAÇÃO DA ADEMA, REDUZINDO O RISCO DE INTERRUPÇÕES DAS ATIVIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS E OPERACIONAIS DECORRENTES DE FALHAS OU INDISPONIBILIDADE DOS EQUIPAMENTOS E RECURSOS TECNOLÓGICOS.

1. For federal purchases, register in SICAF on Compras.gov.br. It's free; you sign in with a silver- or gold-level gov.br account, or with an ICP-Brasil digital certificate. Foreign companies are registered by the auctioneer (pregoeiro) or the tender committee.
2. Open the edital on the PNCP and check which system runs the session: Compras.gov.br for federal buyers, other platforms for states and municipalities.
3. Submit your proposal in that system before the session opens.
