A forma de fornecimento dar-se-á mediante entrega integral do objeto na sede do CONSELHO REGIONAL DE MEDICINA VETERINÁRIA DO ESTADO DO AMAZONAS – CRMV-AM, localizada na Av. Nhamundá, nº 1018, Bairro Praça 14 de Janeiro, CEP 69020-190, Manaus/AM, de segunda a sexta-feira, exclusivamente de segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 16h, não sendo permitidas entregas aos sábados, domingos e feriados.
