Constitui objeto desta licitação a aquisição de instrumentos musicais e acessórios correlatos destinados à Banda Filarmônica Municipal de Itaú de Minas, patrimônio cultural imaterial do Município, com entrega única e imediata, com recursos oriundos de Transferência Especial, Instrumento nº 1271002056/2026, celebrado entre o Município de Itaú de Minas e a Secretaria de Estado de Cultura e Turismo de Minas Gerais – SECULT, conforme Plano de Trabalho nº 002076/2026.
