A presente contratação não acarretará despesa direta para o Município de Simões Filho, tendo em vista que a remuneração do leiloeiro oficial credenciado será realizada exclusivamente mediante comissão incidente sobre o valor dos bens efetivamente arrematados em cada leilão, suportada integralmente pelos respectivos arrematantes, nos termos do Decreto Federal nº 21.981/1932 e demais normas aplicáveis. Considerando que, na fase de planejamento, não é possível definir previamente a quantidade de bens que serão alienados nem os respectivos valores de arrematação, não há elementos suficientes para estimar o valor global correspondente às comissões eventualmente percebidas pelos leiloeiros. Assim, registra-se que o valor estimado da despesa para a Administração corresponde a R$ 0,00 (zero reais).
