16. VIGÊNCIA16.1. O presente Chamamento terá vigência por prazo indeterminado, permanecendo aberto para adesões contínuas, podendo ser alterado, suspenso ou revogado pela CETESB mediante decisão fundamentada.16.2. O cadastramento decorrente de cada Requerimento de Adesão terá validade de 24 (vinte e quatro) meses, renovável mediante confirmação de atualização de dados e comprovação de que a iniciativa credenciada permanece em atividade, sob pena de descadastramento automático. O presente Chamamento, como instrumento convocatório, permanece aberto a novas adesões durante toda a sua vigência, na forma da Cláusula 16.1.
