File Update dated 17 September 2026: This update attaches a revised AM0006 SF30, "Solicitation Amendment 47PH5326R0017_0006 Revised 2026 09 17.pdf", that corrects amendment number in box 2 and at the bottom of page 3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0006 dated 16 September 2026: Amendment 0006 hereby incorporates questions and answers version 4, and as a result, updates the Request for Proposal (RFP). Both redlined and clean versions of the RFP are provided. Note that the updated clean version of the RFP has an updated SF33 that shows the current due date of 4PM ET September 29, 2026. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Amendment 0005 dated 11 September 2026: Amendment 0005 hereby extends the proposal due date to Tuesday, September 29, 2026 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time, incorporates questions and answers version 3, and as a result, updates Request for Proposal (RFP) Section 2 - Factor 2: Firm Experience Standard for Evaluation. Both redlined and clean versions of the RFP are provided. Additionally, an updated version of RFP Attachment 3. GLS MAX (Offeror Name) Factor 2 Firm Experience_ Client Account Data is hereby provided. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The INFORM Process is not required and therefore removed from the RFP and deleted from the Section J list of RFP Attachments. Debriefings will follow the procedures in FAR RFO 15.206 and 15.301. Amendment 0002 dated 03 September 2026: Amendment 0002 hereby incorporates questions and answers version 2, and as a result, updates the Request for Proposal (RFP). Additionally, an updated Attachment 2 - GLS MAX (Offeror Name) Factor 1 Staffing Matrix Submission is provided and an updated Attachment 3 - GLS MAX (Offeror Name) Factor 2 Firm Experience_ Client Account Data. In addition, please note that the SAM.GOV posting has been revised and the designation as a "Partial Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)" has been removed. As stated in Amendment 0001 posted on 18 August 2026 the RFP has been revised to update the RFP to a Partial Small Business Reserve and incorporate 52.219-31 Notice of Small Business Reserve.
