GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT NOTICE OF LEASE REQUIREMENT The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest from owners and authorized representatives of properties meeting the following requirements: State: TX City: San Antonio Delineated Area: North – Cincinnati Ave West – S. (ABOA): 5,596 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): See Additional Requirements Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Amenities must be available within one walkable mile of the building A minimum of 50 spaces are required for employee and customer parking located onsite, at the street level, or in commercial pay parking locations with rates at or below the city average of the city. Onsite and street parking must be available within 800 walkable feet of the proposed space. Restricted or metered parking of one hour or less within the two-block area of the space does not meet parking requirements Disabled Parking Requirements: In locations where, onsite parking is not available, disabled parking must meet whichever of the following conditions is greater: a. Provide five additional parking spaces in addition to existing disabled parking in an adjoining parking lot or garage with a fully accessible route to the office; or along city streets, by having the city provide a minimum of disabled spaces, in addition to any planned or required spaces within 250 feet from the accessible entrance. b.
