A necessidade de ofertar manutenção preventiva e corretiva aos veículos da frota municipal, incluindo-se todos os serviços de mecânica e elétrica em geral e outros de natureza afim, visando manter os veículos em bom estado de conservação e perfeito funcionamento, evitando a interrupção dos serviços oferecidos a população. O Município conta com vários veículos automotores, de diversas marcas, modelos, e ano de fabricação; e não dispõe em seu quadro de servidores, mão de obra, local e equipamentos apropriados para atender tal demanda.
