A aquisição é estritamente necessária para recompor e manter as condições operacionais dos sistemas de banho quente do Complexo Penal, assegurando o cumprimento da Lei de Execução Penal (LEP) no que tange à assistência à saúde e higiene. O fornecimento regular de aquecedores, duchas e componentes elétricos adequados (como cabos e disjuntores dimensionados) é indispensável para garantir a segurança das instalações, prevenindo sobrecargas na rede elétrica da unidade e eliminando riscos de acidentes. Ademais, a contratação atende à necessidade de reabastecimento do estoque técnico da manutenção, conferindo celeridade aos reparos rotineiros, otimizando a logística interna de compras e assegurando a dignidade, a salubridade e a estabilidade da rotina carcerária.

2. Open the edital on the PNCP and check which system runs the session: Compras.gov.br for federal buyers, other platforms for states and municipalities.
