Brindar acompañamiento a la Secretaría General de la Alcaldía Mayor de Bogotá, para materializar las medidas de Ayuda o Atención Humanitaria Inmediata y de transición, cuando sea necesario, a las víctimas del conflicto armado, en el marco de una estrategia masiva de alojamiento y alimentación, así como de elementos de aseo y asistencia funeraria, incluyendo la atención a emergencias humanitarias cuando haya lugar, conforme a la Ley 1448 de 2011 y sus decretos reglamentarios.
