Na fase de habilitação as licitantes que apresentarem menor que 1 (um), em qualquer dos índices referidos na sub alínea “c2”, quando da habilitação, deverão comprovar, considerados os riscos para a Administração, e, a critério da Autoridade Competente, o patrimônio líquido mínimo, referente a 10% (dez por cento) do valor estimado da contratação ou do item pertinente.
