A encadernação de projetos de lei, projetos de lei complementar, projetos de decreto legislativo, resoluções, atas, contratos, editais, documentos contábeis e portarias contribui para manter a integridade física dos documentos, protegendo-os contra a deterioração decorrente do tempo e do manuseio contínuo. A medida também facilita a consulta por servidores e munícipes, atendendo ao dever legal de zelo pelo patrimônio documental e pela memória institucional do Poder Legislativo Municipal.
