Official description

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD) on behalf of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) intends to issue a single contract for Architect-Engineer (A/E) design and project phasing services for a consolidation/renovation of OSHA exterior suites in the Frances Perkins Building in Washington, D.C. This solicitation is issued and will be evaluated under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.102-Architect-Engineer Services, as deviated. This is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541310-Architectural Services. Please review the solicitation and attachments carefully to ensure a complete and timely response. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a revised solicitation document, revised Statement of Work (SOW), and responses to contractor questions. There is no change to the closing date.
