DISPENSA ELETRÔNICA Nº 90021/2026 - O prazo máximo de entrega do produto objeto deste Aviso de Contratação Direta é de 20 (vinte) dias corridos, a contar da data de recebimento da Autorização de Fornecimento (AF). O fornecimento do objeto será de forma PARCELADA. A entrega deverá ser realizada na Central de Abastecimento Farmacêutico (CAF), situada na Rua Dona Senhorinha, nº 74, Centro, Presidente Kennedy/ES - CEP: 29.350-000, em dias úteis das 07:00 às 15:00 horas. No ato da entrega, o produto deve possuir PRAZO DE VALIDADE MÍNIMA DE 6 (SEIS) MESES.
