Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Add clause 3.6.3-3 Hazardous Material Identification and Material Safety Data (OCT 2024) 2. Update clause SA56 - Removed mentions of Grounds Maintenance and replace with Weed Control 3. Change bid due time zone from Central Time to Eastern Time. Bid Due date remains the same. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to update the following: - Attachement J-3, KC District Weed Control Pricing, was updated to include the pricing for touch-ups. - Attachment J-5, Customer Satisfaction Survey, was updated to correct the Solicitation number. - The information in the description, changed the question due date form October 26, 2022 to October 26, 2026. This Solicitation (SIR) is for Weed Control for the Western side of the Kansas City District to be completed as required in the Statement of Work (SOW) that is located as attachment J-1 of the attached Solicitation 697DCK-26-R-00432. This acquisition is set aside for small business.? The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is 561730 – Landscaping Services. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract.? Site Visits are optional. To schedule a site visit please contact POC listed for each site in SOW. Questions or comments pertaining to this SIR must be submitted in written form via email to Marshavia Clark, Contracting Officer, October 26, 2026.?
