The U.S. Government seeks proposals to Lease 2,405 to 2,605 ABOA SQ FT of office and related space in Washington, DC. Please refer to the Request for Lease Proposals document, Delineated Area of consideration map, and all exhibits that are attached to this posting for additional information on this procurement and instructions on how to submit a lease proposal. All attachments should be filled out and sent to the Lease Contracting Officer with your lease proposal. Responses to this Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) are due at 5 PM EST on Thursday, October 15, 2026 and should be submitted through GSA's RSAP platform or emailed to the Lease Contracting Officer, Brandon Hruska, [contact details on the official notice]
