Os materiais são indispensáveis para a realização das aulas de natação, hidroatividades e demais modalidades esportivas oferecidas aos munícipes por meio da piscina municipal, bem como para as atividades esportivo-educacionais promovidas pela Rede Municipal de Ensino. Além disso, a manutenção preventiva e contínua contribui para a preservação das instalações e dos equipamentos, evitando a deterioração prematura do patrimônio público e a interrupção dos serviços prestados pela Secretaria.
