A licitação conterá 14 (quatorze) Lotes/Grupos, conforme descrição no anexo II. A justificativa para a formação do Lote/Agrupamento está devidamente descrita no Termo de Referência. Apesar do objeto da pretensa aquisição contemplar o agrupamento de vários itens, com fulcro da maior celeridade e, evitar equívocos na formulação das propostas dos licitantes, PARA FINS DE DISPUTA, os itens dos respectivos lotes serão representados por único item para cada lote (14 lotes representados por 14 itens).
