O fornecedor deve manter-se atento às solicitações de anexo a ocorrer após encerramento do prazo de proposta. A presente Dispensa Eletrônica é regida formalmente pelo Art. 29, Inciso II da Lei nº 13.303/2016 e pelo RILC/CPRM (Art. 246, II), utilizando-se o Portal Compras.gov.br como suporte eletrônico para a realização da disputa (Art. 6º, § 7º do RILC).
